We created an ongoing patient/caregiver support and education program called Sure Steps for Tracleer, Actelion's treatment for pulmonary arterial hypertension. This patient-focused support program provides powerful persistency motivators to patients on Tracleer, including ongoing direct mail communications packed with educational materials, plus telephone and online support from specially trained Nurse Counselors.
