We developed a breakthrough patient-education program for Aciphex, Eisai/PriCara's acid reflux medication. By increasing the number of patients who opted-in to receive a series of targeted online and offline communications, the Straight Forward program successfully increased patient compliance and persistency with the Aciphex medication.
